Mercedes driver high on cocaine and cannabis slammed into boy, 6, at 60mph and ‘didn’t care if he was alive or dead’

A MERCEDES driver who slammed into a six-year-old boy while high on cocaine and cannabis “didn’t care if he was dead or alive,” a court heard.

Harry Summersgill, 24, left Noah Herring with a bleed on the brain after smashing into him – and a bus stop – at 60mph.
